Returning a piece is made extremely easy and friendly. Nornament is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security, customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to exchange or refund the order within 15 days from the shipment date. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QA team. This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. Our QA team will review the returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.Refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, gold rakhi and for products ordered with specific indications like smart buy (Make to Order), customization, engraving and personalised. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer. Nornament is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of Nornament. Nornament reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.

Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging of Nornament box and do remember to include the original invoice and quality certificates. As soon as we receive your request we will initiate the process from our end and our logistics partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience. Alternatively if at some places our logistics partner is not serviceable then we will send you a Nornament tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Nornament. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of Nornament jewellery. The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
The refund will be credited to the original source of payment bank transfer in case of cash payment also.
At Nornament we pay great attention to quality check But incase this has happened please don’t stress, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a fresh one. All our products undergo thorough quality check before it reaches you, so incase your jewelry requires repair we would fix it for you free of charge within 15 days of purchase. In case your Nornament product requires repair beyond 15 days of purchase, we are glad to assist you. In this case, additional charges will be levied on a case to case basis which will be communicated by our team, before we commence the repair work.

Don’t worry, we will resize your piece within 15 days. Please note that the tag needs to be intact and should not be removed from the product. The resizing is complimentary in case of smaller size. We want you to be happy with the Nornament product which you have received you as a gift. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item, instead a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes have lifetime validity.
Pieces with engraving are specially made for you hence cannot be returned or exchanged.
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from Nornament within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the discount, free gift items or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
For International Orders, The Jewellery Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer.
Nornament will not be able to recall the jewellery back to India once shipped.
Yes the Gold Appreciation will be accounted for at the time of resell, 100% of market value of gold will be given.
Products purchased from the Website may also be exchanged at Nornament stores. The exchange terms for Nornament products purchased online are the same as those applicable for at store Nornament products. Please visit your nearest Nornament stores for more details.
